He holds qualifications in different fields including Public Health Epidemiology (Phd), Business Management (MBA), Medical Technology (BSc), Financial Management (CSI), amongst others. He has extensive management experience that spans across good clinical practice, project planning, and execution, healthcare, disease surveillance, research, training and wellness. He is also passionate about supporting vulnerable populations like victims of HIV/AIDS, abuse, trauma, gender based violence, severe poverty, empowering community members, improving service delivery in underserved communities, and promoting positive social change.
Founder, Chief Operations Officer and Project Director

I have the role of logistics, supply chain, data collection and analysis in Shield Consortium and I coordinate all deployed field and community activities and projects. I have a background in logistics, billing, coding and project management and years of hospital and healthcare facility experience. I like being outdoors and interacting with people.
I have the role of managing the intake of all clients, the activities and staff of the office. I am also experienced in good clinical practice and supervise pre-test and post-test disease counselling, screenings, blood collection and monitoring. I have a background in Sociology, and years of experience with different organizations including WITS, Anova and Outreach Foundation. I enjoy movies and spiritual activities.

I have a background in Marketing and Law and vast experience in dealing with all categories of clients. I love music, spiritual activities and the outdoors.
At Shield, we are ardent believers and supporters of volunteer work, we believe that volunteering enables us develop skilled human resources and also provide the opportunity for many that want to give to causes that they support and believe in, not only financially, but with fulfilling acts of kindness. Our volunteer team members are actively involved in community support, and always eager and ready to serve the people, community and to embark on planned operations. They constitute our adhoc team and are available when needed and their responsibilities include ongoing supervised data collection in the communities to provide informed guidance in the design of our programs, assisting with community projects and program implementation, and to evaluate the impact of our efforts and programs in the community.
They are led by 3 group leaders who are part of our community project operational staff and who are charged with their training and supervision.
Our volunteer team members are always eager and ready to serve the people, community and to embark on planned operations. They constitute our adhoc team and are available when needed. The 3 leaders of our volunteer teams are our paid staff whose responsibilities include ongoing data collection in the communities to provide informed guidance in the design of our programs and to evaluate the impact of our efforts and programs in the community
